I have friends who are doctors and, with all due respect to my friends, I’d see Gary over my doctor friends any day. He isn’t the kind of doctor you turn to because you’re sick and can’t avoid a trip to the doctor’s office; you go because you have a doctor who can truly manage your health.
He’ll spend as much time with you as you need, is relentlessly warm and funny, always down-to-earth, listens without judging and just plain knows his stuff. I quite literally trust this guy (and the awesome folks in his office) with my life. He is a bit on the pricey side and doesn’t accept insurance (though he will bill your insurance so you see at least a little money back) so be prepared to pay a reasonable amount out of pocket. But if you’re fortunate enough to not have to skimp on preventative care I don’t think there’s a better choice in Los Angeles.
